It’s been an eventful past few months for the team behind St. Andrews Glen. The new collection of luxury condominium townhomes in Niagara-on-the-Lake has piqued the interest of many condo seekers after the reveal of the project’s two elegant model homes and the official start of construction.

The new development will house 57 spacious units in the area’s historic Old Town, known for its charming setting that’s peppered with historical buildings, fine-dining restaurants and boutique shops all in the heart of Ontario’s wine region.

Residents will also appreciate the community’s picturesque surroundings with the Two Mile Creek Conservation Area as their backdrop. Aside from looking out at lush greenery every morning, active types can access the nearby nature trails year round.

St. Andrews Glen’s traditional architecture will speak to the history of the town with stone and stucco exteriors, sheltered porches and window bays. The street will also be lined with elegant lanterns to help integrate it with the existing community.

The stylish interiors have been just as well considered (read: private elevators and loft-height ceiling options). Other features include luxury bathroom fixtures, kitchens with granite countertops and large breakfast islands, and main living areas with hand-scraped hardwood flooring.

It’s no secret that living in Niagara-on-the-Lake has its perks. Aside from the numerous award-winning VQA wineries and vineyards, the town is known for hosting a variety of festivals, such as the annual Shaw Festival that features world-class productions.

Interested? Visit the sales centre at 2264 Niagara Stone Road to tour the model homes and learn more about the community. It’s open on weekdays from 11am to 5pm and on weekends from 10am to 5pm.

Prices for available units start at $360,000 and suites range in size from 1,164 to 2,700 square feet.
