Nestled between Hopkins Street and Nichol Avenue just ten minutes off the waterfront, Phase 1 of this collection of 142 townhouses has struck quite the chord with house hunters.

Crews on site have been busy making huge strides towards meeting scheduled occupancies commencing in November of this year.

In many of the houses, windows, front doors and roofs have been already been put in, while in others, concrete flooring has been complete and garages are ready to be installed.

At certain blocks, up to 80 per cent of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems have been set up. By August 25th, crews expect a large number of the houses will have electrical, gas and telecommunications services fully installed, all up to the strictest standards and regulations, of course.

What does this all mean? Everything is on track for the estimated Phase 2 release scheduled for October 2015 and occupancies commencing November 2014!
