Nero Condos Crane In the heart of Little Portugal at Dundas Street West, a construction crane at the Nero Condos job site stands as just one of many signs that times are changing in the neighbourhood.

Currently taking shape at 856 Dundas Street West, the seven-storey tower from Tofni Developments is an integral part of the community’s transformation into a residential hotspot. Along with its collection of family-run restaurants and specialty shops along with the recent surge of trendy cafes and patio-bars, the neighbourhood also offers easy access to the Dundas street car.

When the BuzzBuzzHome news team took a trip out to the site to snap some photos, we saw pedestrians eagerly peeking through the windows in the hoarding to see how construction crews were moving forward. Clearly, the project has caught the attention of the community.
