It’s safe to assume that when condo hunting, location ranks high on people’s priority list. Cloud9 Condos by Lash Group of Companies in northern Etobicoke will soon epitomize condo convenience thanks to the number of nearby transit options, both existing and upcoming.
One of the most anticipated GTA transit developments is the new $456 million Metrolinx Union-Pearson Express. The airport rail link will connect the Toronto Pearson International Airport to Union Station, and will only make two stops in total: one at the Bloor GO Station at the other at Weston. Both subway stops can be accessed by the TTC, which is located just outside of Cloud9’s doorstep. What’s more, the entire Pearson to Union trip is expected to take 25 minutes in total.
This is just one of the many reasons the 12-storey boutique building gets points for convenience. The project is also a minute drive from the Etobicoke North GO Station, which is currently undergoing renovations that will be complete by 2015. The main goal is for the refurbished station to become a more modern and traveller-friendly facility for commuters.
With TTC at residents’ front door and other transit routes just minutes away, business travellers and downtown commuters alike can forget about the stress that so often accompanies dreaded and drawn-out commutes.
Located at 60 Esther Lorrie Drive, Cloud9 will also be nearby highways 401 and 427, along with a myriad of shops, schools and greenspace.
Prices for available units start from the $200,000s and suites range in size from 452 to 919 square feet.
