If there’s one thing you need to know about Chaz.Yorkville, a new 47-storey condominium rising in Toronto’s upscale Yonge and Bloor neighbourhood, it’s that all residents will have access to sky-high views thanks to the project’s luxury resident’s club.
In addition a wealth of other amenities (think fitness and pilates studio and a 3D screening room) developer 45 Charles Ltd. and project manager Edenshaw Homes have created the Chaz Club, a two-storey lounge space on the 36th and 37th floors that offer unbeatable views of the lake and downtown skyline. We had the opportunity to visit Chaz last week, and gaze longingly at the city below:
The Chaz Club will house a cocktail lounge with a bar area on the 36th floor, along with an expansive outdoor terrace that’s guarded by floor-to-ceiling windows. Walk up the staircase to the 37th level and you’ll find a 20-guest dining room and demonstration kitchen, fit for entertaining large groups or hosting a small get together.
The stylish space also plays a part in the project’s sleek architecture. On the south side of the building, the two floors cantilever out, as if asking people to venture to the top. But it’s not just the modern exterior (designed by Page + Steele IBI Group Architects) that has people talking. While on site, we also toured a few of the suites, some of which were equipped with ultra-modern kitchen interiors and appliances:
Chaz.Yorkville contains 526 units in total, which range from compact studios to three-bedrooms-plus-den suites and spacious penthouse units.
Prices for available suites range from the mid $300,000s to over $1.5 million and units range in size from 433 to 1,275 square feet.
