This just in: Royalpark Homes is bringing a new condo project to Dufferin Street, near Eglinton Avenue West in Toronto. It’s been dubbed The Bean Condominiums, and will soon offer residents an urban lifestyle with easy access to the city’s core.
While specific project details have been scant so far, this is what we do know: the condo will consist of a variety of suite and loft units and will feature rooftop terraces. It’s also set in a prime location that’s peppered with restaurants and cafes, many of which are in walking distance.
Residents can grab a quick bite to eat at California Sandwiches or dine at Bistro 92, a French-inspired restaurant that’s a short walk from the site. Shopping spree, anyone? Good news: the Yorkdale Shopping Centre will be a 10 minute drive away.
If you prefer to spend your downtime outdoors, The Bean will neighbour a number of parks and trails, including Walter Saunders Memorial Park, J.T. Watson Park and the York Beltline Trail.
Residents will also be able to access much of the city thanks to the new Eglinton Crosstown line that’s located just south of the project. In the meantime, the existing TTC routes are equally convenient.
Located at Dufferin Street and Hopewell Avenue, the new residential building will house a number of suites that start in the mid $200,000s.
