Apropos of everything, LCOR’s 250N10 in Williamsburg is stuffed with art.

Located at 250 North 10th Street, the six-story, 234-unit rental project is bedecked with a freshly completed mural by Banksy associate Mr. Brainwash. Finished last month, the mural takes up the entire wall on Roebling Street and flaunts the international artist’s signature collage style, along with his tagline, “Life is Beautiful.” The cheerfully commanding melange includes an homage to John Augustus Roebling, who designed the Brooklyn Bridge, and his son Charles Roebling, who worked on completing the bridge. The man behind the Williamsburg Bridge, Henry Hornbostel, also garners a shout-out in the piece.

Mr. Brainwash’s work tends to be a bit more about celebrities, but we wanted to make a bit of a local statement,” David Sigman, Executive Vice President of LCOR, told the Wall Street Journal.

The art doesn’t stop at the SLCE-designed glass facade (inspired by the elements of nature, please and thank you), either; LCOR commissioned Sebastian Vargas to create vibrant, quirky pieces on every floor of the development. There are at least 38 life-size canvases total. Project interior designer Me and General Design posted a sneak preview on Instagram below:

The development offers a mix of studio, one and two-bedroom apartments, with private terraces in select units. Each unit features hardwood flooring, big windows, private washer/dryer and kitchen with quartz countertops, glass tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances.

Amenities include a 24-hour concierge, cafe lounge with landscaped courtyard, gym, residents lounge with pool table and flat screen TV, furnished roof deck with a BBQ area, parking and storage.
