What better way to celebrate summer than with a nice, big roof deck?
Pierhouse at Brooklyn Bridge Park is flush with the great outdoors; the 108-unit condo project by Toll Brothers City Living will cut a stately figure in the 85-acre park, with a limestone fin design by Rogers Marvel Architect.
Residences are stocked with 18-foot ceilings in most living rooms, reclaimed wood floors, high-efficiency interior and exterior LED lighting, automatic solar shade systems, in-unit Bosch washer/dryer and blackened steel stairs, railings and accents. The kitchens have Gaggenau appliances, honed marble countertops, solid American walnut kitchen cabinets and wine storage. Honed marble countertops, marble tile floors and sculptural Waterworks tubs adorn the master baths.
Getting back to the outdoors theme, we’ve scooped up several floorplans with particularly impressive terraces. First up is N1000, a 2,865-square-foot four-bedroom with 3,217 square feet of exterior space.
Next up is S409, a five-bedroom with 3,637 square feet of exterior space. The interiors are pretty capacious, clocking in at 4,885 square feet.
