Over the years, Monarch has demonstrated immense dedication to building distinctive communities along the shores of Toronto’s Humber Bay.

As part of Monarch’s latest waterfront community, the 50-storey Lago Condos has made waves since it was originally announced in summer 2011. Nearly three years later, Lago was joined by a boutique development, Riva del Lago (pictured above), envisioned as a more intimate complement to its towering counterpart.

While separated by a short stroll, the two buildings share many traits and features. For one, the shores of Lake Ontario are only a leisurely walk away and residents of both buildings will enjoy fantastic views of the Toronto skyline and lake. Fitness buffs and casual joggers alike will want to take advantage of the nearby Martin Goodman Trail.

For those who work in the core of the city, commuting from the Monarch community will be a breeze. Residents will be able to drive to downtown in 15 minutes.

Both Lago and Riva del Lago will come complete with separate club amenities including fitness centres, theatre rooms with cinema style seating and party rooms with billiards tables. All residents at Riva del Lago will also have access to Lago’s indoor pool, hot tub and saunas.

Construction on Lago (shown below) is already underway. Suites range in size from 424 square feet to 1,408 square feet and start from $219,900. We encourage you to act fast however as over 90 per cent of the building’s 448 units are already sold.

Currently in the pre-construction phase, Riva del Lago’s 157 suites are available from 551 to 1,465 square feet and feature private balconies and gourmet kitchens. Prices in the boutique condo start from the mid $300,000s.

And if you just can’t wait to settle down in the Humber Bay waterfront community, Monarch’s Waterscapes is well under construction and will be move-in ready this year!
