Over the years, Monarch has demonstrated immense dedication to building distinctive communities along the shores of Toronto’s Humber Bay.
As part of Monarch’s latest waterfront community, the 50-storey Lago Condos has made waves since it was originally announced in summer 2011. Nearly three years later, Lago was joined by a boutique development, Riva del Lago (pictured above), envisioned as a more intimate complement to its towering counterpart.
While separated by a short stroll, the two buildings share many traits and features. Currently in the pre-construction phase, Riva del Lago’s 157 suites are available from 551 to 1,465 square feet and feature private balconies and gourmet kitchens. Prices in the boutique condo start from the mid $300,000s.
