Its bold and geometric exterior will also turns heads thanks to the artistry of Toronto-based firm Wallman Architects. The architects will work alongside Burdifilek, an award-winning interior design firm that’s been tasked with outfitting each space in modern fixtures and finishes.

The new project will house a 8,000 square foot gym space, rooftop pool and lounge and a one acre private courtyard. Big on entertaining?
