The 26th annual Beaches Jazz Festival is now officially underway in Toronto and local developer TAS is joining in on the fun.

With a great track record of supporting community and cultural events across the city, TAS will have a booth at the StreetFest along Queen East and Woodbine Park. The StreetFest will be running from Thursday, July 24th to Saturday, July 26th. The 1.5 mile stretch will be lined with 40 live musical acts alongside a collection of eateries, bars and vendors.

The TAS booth will be stationed at Waverley and Queen East on the strip. Aside from getting the inside scoop on the developer’s new condo community, Kingston&Co, festival-goers who register for the boutique building can win a $500 prepaid Visa gift card.

The eye-catching Teeple-designed building is set to rise at Kingston Road near Victoria Park Avenue, putting residents in the centre of this rapidly evolving neighbourhood.

All 137 units in the development will feature hardwood floors, nine-foot ceilings, walk-in laundry rooms and an outdoor space (either balcony or terrace) with gas connections, a rarity amongst new condos.

The 10-storey condo will also boast top-notch amenities, including a fully-equipped fitness centre, yoga studio, rooftop terrace with barbecue area and a party room. Apart from all the bells and whistles found in your typical condo, Kingston&Co’s rooftop terrace will feature a private raised gardens and communal growing space where residents can cultivate herbs and veggies, a workshop, tool room and a car wash area.
