Take a peek at four spacious floor plans from Montreal’s Mondev Condo Urbain

Last month we gave you the scoop on the four must-know things about Mondev Condo Urbain. Now it’s time to take a closer look at the developer by stepping inside four of Mondev’s upcoming condo projects — An-X, Glo Condos, Bome Condos and L’Alcove sur le Woonerf (pictured above).

Nestled between Rue Hochelaga and Rue Hogan with convenient access to transit and urban amenities, it’s no wonder An-X has been such a hit with buyers. A majority of the one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites have already been sold, with only a handful of units left on the market.

The four-storey building is situated in Ville-Marie Borough, a neighbourhood that scores big in terms of walkability as its close to restaurants, shops and parks.

Glo’s three-bedroom floorplan for unit 115 comes in at 1,068 square feet and features two bathrooms (including a master ensuite), a balcony as well as an ensuite washer and dryer. The suite is priced at $295,400.

Located at Rue Saint-Ferdinand & Rue Louis Cyr, residents of Bome Condos will find themselves just steps from Montreal’s famous farmer’s market Atwater Market and the serene Lachine Canal. The four-storey condo is also close to a number of Montreal’s most popular restaurants and pub patios lining St Ambroise Street.

Check out the floorplan for unit 308 in Bome, a roomy 975 square foot two-bedroom. Keen buyers can nab the suite for $297,375.

Set to take shape at 4761 Saint Ambroise Street, residents of L’Alcove sur le Woonerf will enjoy cycling across the nine mile bike path along the Lachine Canal, dropping by one of the neighbourhoods many art galleries and grabbing a bite to eat in the area’s collection of restaurants.
