Construction is moving along at ECHO Aventura by Property Markets Group.
The 190-unit condo project consists of two 11-story towers on five acres of Aventura waterfront. Carlos Ott was the architect, and Yabu Pushelberg did the interiors. Every residence offers a bayfront terrace with summer kitchen, and ceiling heights range from 10 feet to 14 feet, with floor-to-ceiling windows. Interiors have his-and-hers walk-in closets, custom Italian cabinetry, stone countertops, Sub-Zero/Wolf appliances, gas stoves, midnight bars in master suites and Apple Home technology, allowing apartments to be controlled by Apple-based products such as the iPad or iPhone. Floor-through residences are graced with unobstructed water views, and there are 18 three- to four-bedroom penthouses with private pools.
Amenities include a 24-hour valet, 24-hour concierge services, bayfront infinity-edge pool with views of the Atlantic Ocean, a 4,000-square-foot fitness center, resort-style poolside service and lunch room, private cooled storage space, spa services and an atrium event room with a dedicated glass elevator.
Completion is slated for 2015.
