Since our last construction update on Upper Mount Pleasant in February, the townhouse community from Paradise Developments has been shaping up quickly.

The collection of 178 detached and semi-detached towns are now rising at Wanless Drive and Creditview Road near downtown Brampton, and as promised, new residents have already moved in to the many inventory homes that are available.

The family neighbourhood is situated close to a number of schools, including Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School and Academic Montessori and Private School.

Get your shopping fix at one of Canada’s largest shopping malls, the Bramalea City Centre, or head to downtown Toronto by hopping on either highway 401, 403 or 407 — all conveniently accessible to residents of Upper Mount Pleasant. The Brampton GO Station is also a short drive away.

Aside from access to amenities and transit, Upper Mount Pleasant is nestled amongst parks and is just a few minutes’ drive from the Heart Lake Conservation Area. With scenic hiking trails, treetop trekking, group picnic sites and thrilling mountain bike paths, Heart Lake promises outdoor fun for every member of the family.

Keep cool in the summer and dip into the park’s outdoor swimming pool, which is monitored by lifeguards, or take your kids to the playground. Fishing enthusiasts can enjoy catching rainbow trout as they lounge along the lake.

Homes range in size from 1,470 to 3,480 square feet and prices start from the 370,000s.
