You’ve likely come across the construction site of Bisha Hotel and Residences while out bar hopping, heading to a nightclub or dining in any number of the Entertainment District’s restaurants.
It feels like just yesterday we were watching the crew get started on demolition. Since we were due for an update, we snapped a handful of photos of the site to show how construction is moving along this summer:
While currently teeming with hard hats and heavy equipment, once complete, the condo community will put residents in the centre of one of downtown Toronto’s most exciting neighborhoods.
Whether you’re dropping by Second City to catch a hilarious sketch show, indulging in a savory pastry at Le Neuf Cafe or heading to the TIFF Bell Lightbox to catch an indie film, there’s always something to new do around every corner.
The 337-unit condo is also just steps away from King and Spadina street cars and the St. Andrew subway station.
If the location hasn’t already got you jumping onboard, Bisha will come boasting a multitude of upgraded amenities including a fully equipped fitness centre, games room, an on-site luxury restaurant as well as a landscaped terrace, which will offer onlookers a captivating view of the city skyline.
With completion slated for 2016, the majority of units in the condo have already been sold.
Available units range in size from 389 to 630 square feet and prices start at $308,9000.
