A new six-unit condo project on Hancock Street in Bed-Stuy is poised to hit the market.

Located between Marcus Garvey Boulevard and Lewis Avenue, the development at 476 and 476A Hancock consists of two- and three-bedroom duplexes. All of the units will have private outdoor space.

Permits were issued in April for two adjacent four-story, three-unit structures rising 41 feet tall. David Nagan is the architect of record.

The site traded to 476 Hancock Group Corp. for $170,000 in April 2010, according to Department of Finance records. The 40′ by 100′ lot was subdivided into two 20′ by 100′ lots, and permits were first filed for two new three-family buildings in July 2010. A Google Street Map view from October 2013 reveals a nearly complete project (with four front doors!):

The condo offering plan with a total offering price of $6.3 million was accepted earlier this month.

According to Crown Investments’ bedstuycondo.com, the interiors will have four-inch plank oak floors, custom glass and iron stairs, in-unit washer/dryer, Italian kitchens with glass subway tile backsplash and appliances by Bertazzoni, Bosch and Fisher & Paykel. The marble and ceramic bathrooms will have Kohler fixtures and Toto toilets.
