Located near the Clinton Hill border between Taaffe Place and Kent Avenue,the 9,300-square-foot building has two ground-floor commercial units and six apartments. The property will be delivered completely vacant. Each of the residential units measures approximately 1,000 square feet and has three bedrooms. The retail storefronts measure about 1,000 square feet each, and the building comes with 3,000 square feet of additional air rights.

TerraCRG is marketing the property, which has a projected gross income of $312,000.
