Tribeca condo conversion 443 Greenwich Street will be opening its sales office at 174 Hudson Street in September.

The offering plan was approved earlier this month for the 42-unit development by Metro Loft’s Nathan Berman. The two-bedroom to five-bedroom units range from 2,400 square feet to 9,000 square feet in size. The sales gallery is located at 174 Hudson Street.

The landmark property dates back to 1882, Curbed reported. The warehouse was home to several manufacting companies, including the Semon Bache glass company and the American Steel Wool Manufacturing Company.

Amenities include on-site parking, doorman, concierge, 71-foot swimming pool, gym, children’s playroom and storage. First closings at the building are anticipated for the fourth quarter of 2015.

Below are the size/price ranges, from a sales rep email:

Three-bedrooms (2,600 square feet to 4,600 square feet): $7.5 million to $12.95 million
