The seven-story, 22-unit condo project between First and Second avenues was designed by Peter Poon Architects. Residences will range from one-bedroom to four-bedroom units, and many apartments will have private outdoor space. Pricing will start at approximately $700,000 and go up to $4 million-plus, according to the recently launched teaser site.
Interiors will have custom Poggenpohl kitchens with Miele appliances. Amenities include a 24-hour doorman/concierge, bike room, storage and landscaped common roof deck with outdoor kitchen and shower.
The site’s previous owner was Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. The developer, Yeung Real Estate Development, acquired the property for $7 million in February 2012, according to Department of Finance records.
Completion is anticipated for Q4 2014.
