So pretty much every Realtor in Vancouver turned up for Westbank‘s advance preview event for Vancouver House on Tuesday night. More than 1,200 local agents packed themselves into the sales gallery beside the Granville Street Bridge in downtown Vancouver — where the 52-storey tower will stand 512 feet tall.
When completed in 2018, the top-heavy tower promises to put Vancouver on the global real estate map while at the same time establishing a new neighbourhood: the Beach District.
By now you’re probably asking yourself, ‘how can I get a closer look at the project?’ The answer is the public opening of the Vancouver House sales gallery on Saturday, June 21st.
Starting at noon you’ll be able to tour the expansive facility and view all the detailed models of the tower and its surrounding amenities.
There’s also a display kitchen which shows off the sculptural islands and custom-designed appliances that will be included in each Vancouver House home.
The expansive facility also includes a display bathroom, which, like the kitchen, boasts custom finishings.
The 388 homes that make up Vancouver House will include studios, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes — none of which will be exactly alike. The technologically advanced high-rise will be one of the first residential towers in the world to be LEED Platinum-certified.
The sales gallery is located at 1460 Howe Street in Vancouver. Again, it opens to the public starting at noon on Saturday, June 21st.
