Hon Towers reports that The Guardian‘s first phase north tower is now three quarters of the way to its final height, with structural work currently at the 33rd floor (out of 44). Indeed, it’s a hard site to miss as the construction crane is currently the tallest in Calgary.
The Guardian‘s second phase south tower, meanwhile, is selling as fast as the first is growing, with another 18 homes being snatched up over the past month. Buyers continue to be drawn to the project’s resort-style amenities, high-end home design and sought-after location in the historic Victoria Park neighbourhood.
Still, despite the brisk sales, a number of homes remain, including one-bedroom units from $248,900 and two-bedroom homes starting at $436,900.
To learn more about the remaining second phase homes, visit The Guardian‘s two fully-furnished show suites at 456-12th Ave SE in Calgary. The presentation centre is open from 12pm to 6pm Monday through Thursday and 12pm to 5pm on the weekends (closed Fridays).
