This month marks the one year anniversary since VHL Developments broke ground on Phase 1 of 2150 Condos in Scarborough. The first phase, taking shape at Birchmount Road and Lawrence Avenue, is nearly sold out, but buyers still hoping to nab a spot in the community can snatch up one of the remaining units or turn their attention to Phase 2.
For a limited time only during the summer, condo hunters who buy at Phase 2 will receive a free locker, free parking and one year lease back, while only having to put down a 10 per cent deposit within the first year.
It’s clear why 2150 Condos has been such a hit with buyers. VHL Development’s new project is the first high-rise in the neighbourhood and in turn, will be the only development in the community to offer residents all the conveniences of the condominium lifestyle. With easy access to the Don Valley Parkway and nearby TTC stops, making a trip downtown will also be straightforward.
After a day at work, come home and take a refreshing dip in the condo’s indoor swimming pool or grab a drink and enjoy the view from the landscaped roof-top terrace. Fitness buffs can finally ditch the gym membership and can head to the on-site fitness and aerobics rooms.
Residents will also find plenty of shops, restaurants and bars close at hand. Get some fresh air at McGregor Park or Kennedy-Lawrence Parkette, catch a movie at Cineplex Cinemas Scarborough or get your adrenaline pumping at the nearby Laser Quest. A number of schools and educational institutions are also situated in the neighbourhood.
All units will boast granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, a soaker tub in the bathroom and an ensuite laundry closet with washer and dryer.
Occupancy for Phase 2 is planned for November 2016.
