Beacon Condos is set to make its mark on the fledgling North York skyline and Sorbara Development Group is eager to show off its scale model of the 35-storey tower.
Last week the scale model was unveiled to guests at Sorbara’s Friends and Family event. Designed by the award winning Wallman Architects and Rafael Bigauskas Architects Inc, the new condo will take shape at 5200 Yonge Street in North York.
Just a few steps from the Empress Walk retail and shopping complex, residents will enjoy convenient access to a plethora of nearby restaurants, bars, shops and cinemas. The North York Centre subway station is also mere minutes from the condo so you won’t have to worry about finding a parking spot when making a trip downtown.

When complete, Beacon Condos will also feature a host of on-site amenities that will guest suites, an exercise room and games room.
