If Upper West Side’s architectural renderings, spacious floor plans and family friendly neighbourhood have left you eager to learn more about the new community, make sure to register here for the upcoming preview opening. The exclusive event is only weeks away and attendees will have opportunity to tour 10 new designer-decorated model homes and picture life in their future abode.
The model homes are taking shape now at Bathurst Street and Queen Filomena Avenue in the City of Vaughan. Keen house hunters only need to wait a bit longer as construction on the models is moving ahead fast! If you happen to drive by the neighbourhood, you can witness the progress for yourself.
Model homes from all five developers behind Upper West Side will be available for touring, signifying a true collaborative effort between Aspen Ridge Homes, The Conservatory Group, Countrywide Homes, Regal Crest Homes or Townwood Homes.
Event attendees will get a taste of the diverse architecture that will make up the future enclave as the model homes will feature a variety of contemporary and European designs styles. Buyers will also get a clearer sense of the homes’ interiors and see the upgraded finishes and high-tech appliances for themselves.
Surrounded by plenty of greenery, schools and entertainment, the amenity rich area will cater to the needs of every member of the family.
Upper West Side can be accessed through either Highways 400 and 407.
Prices will start at $1 million.
