Last Saturday marked the first weekend The Townes of Richview in Etobicoke launched to the public. As the National Homes team welcomed crowds of interested buyers into its new sales centre, most of the townhome units sold out — just like that.
The developer sold 75 per cent of the 68 freehold residences in the first weekend, which means it won’t be long until the remaining units are snatched up. Here’s the good news: the previews will continue this weekend. Just head to the sales centre at 4750 Eglinton Avenue West in Etobicoke. Be sure to register online before attending.

The collection of townhomes will be situated in Toronto’s established Richview neighbourhood at Kipling and Eglinton. Residents will live near a wealth of neighbourhood amenities including the St. George’s Golf Club, James Gardens and The Humber Valley. Richview Square, Lloyd Manor Plaza and a number of well-known schools are also nearby.
The brownstone-inspired homes will be clad in stone, stucco and brick exteriors and will feature tree-lined backyards, two-car garages and light-filled private terraces.
Available units range from the $570,000s to over $800,000 and homes span up to 2,790 square feet.
