Montreal always has something going on, whether its Just for Laughs, the jazz festival or other big-name draws, the city is always humming with things to do and see. The F1 Grand Prix roars into town every summer and this weekend, Myst Condos is celebrating the spectacle.
On Saturday June 7th, drop by the paddocks at 2365 Rue Saint Patrick for an open house event between noon to 5 pm. Light refreshments will be served.
Jet-setters will appreciate the dashing style of the MELKILIVING condo. Designed by Atelier Chaloub + Beaulieu Architects, the six-storey structure will feature a suspended bridge between the two buildings that make up the project, allowing residents a better vantage point for the incredible views of Montreal and the Lachine Canal.
It’s a dynamic part of the city undergoing a speedy re-invention thanks to projects such as Myst. It’s also just a few minutes away from downtown Montreal and next door to the Atwater market.
Residents will also be treated to resort-style amenities that rival the hotel perks experienced by visitors in town for the races. On-site luxuries include year-round access to a jacuzzi, a New York City-style lobby, concierge service in each building, a fitness centre, plus a rooftop pool.
Suites start from $249,900 and the condo will reach the finish line in summer 2015.
