This June marks the 30th anniversary of Seniors’ Month in Ontario, a time that recognizes all contributions seniors have made to their communities. Harmony Village Sheppard will be hosting a community barbecue this weekend in honour of the occasion.
The celebrations will take place on Sunday, June 22nd at the project’s presentation centre, located at 3260 Sheppard Avenue East in Toronto. Drop in any time between 1pm and 4pm to meet the team behind the master-planned community and learn more about the long-list of on-site amenities — from an exercise and dance studio to cooking classrooms and wine-tasting events.
Residents will have access to over 100 programs and service in total that are bound to suit all lifestyles. The community will even have its own 30,000 square foot community space that features a movie theatre, swimming pool and more. City Core Developments and Fortress Real Developments have also teamed together to provide homeowners with a number of on-site medical services and ultra-green features, including energy-efficient appliances and rooftop garden plots.
Phase one of the development will house fifty townhomes and two nine-storey manor buildings, and phase two will contain two 30-storey condo towers. The west tower is reserved for independent living and the east tower is for senior residents.
Prices for available suite start from $177,500 and units range in size from 395 square feet to 1,800 square feet.
