When Curated Properties first announced their proposal for Dovercourt 455, an adaptive re-use building in Toronto’s west end, the project was immediately hailed as one of high design.

Just look to the development’s new model suite and showroom, which will be unveiled to the public on Thursday, June 12th from 6pm to 11pm. This will also be the first opportunity for interested buyers to review floorplans and pricing. That said, the sooner you arrive, the better.

We had the opportunity to view the elegant space before the doors officially swing open. What we learned: the intimate collection of just 12 two-storey townhomes will boast covetable interiors by Nivek Remas that speak to the building’s bold exterior. Take a look below:

See the freshly-finished space for yourself by visiting the showroom at 455 Dovercourt Road in the city’s bustling College and Dovercourt neighbourhood. Just be sure to RSVP online by emailing dovercourt455@pauljohnston.com.

Once finished, the townhomes will sit on top of a three-floor commercial space that will be repurposed for tenants in the arts and media field. Suites will also feature a balcony and expansive rooftop patio that offer panoramic views of the city below.

Available townhomes start from the mid $600,000s and units range from 1,000 to 1,500 square feet.
