Since all good things tend to come in threes, Flato Developments decided to host their much-anticipated “ArtHouse Meets Varley” event for ArtHouse Condos on three separate occasions, to ensure all residents have the opportunity to attend.
With two of the showings already behind them, the developer is holding their third and final event on Thursday, June 19th from 5:30pm to 8pm at the Varley Art Gallery, located at 216 Main Street Unionville in Markham.
The exclusive reception is a celebration of Canadian artwork, where attendees can take a private tour of a new exhibition entitled A Story of Canadian Art, which features work by renowned artists like Emily Carr, Lawren Harris and F.H. Varley himself.
And after examining the many works of art, chances are you’ll begin visualizing colourful canvases hanging from the walls of your home. Flato has kept this in mind, as those in attendance can enter a free raffle for the chance to win a painting by a local artist.
ArtHouse is a stylish 14-storey condo that’s currently in pre-construction at 9582 Markham Road. Once complete, the development will feature a number of art-inspired amenities, including a digital arts centre, culinary arts room and private artist’s studio.
Available units start from $243,990 and suites range in size from 550 to 925 square feet.
