The “WELL Certified” boutique building by Delos Living has just five residences, all touting “science-based wellness technologies” such as vitamin C-infused showers, purified air and water, posture-supportive heat reflexology flooring and circadian lighting design that simulates dawn.
The fourth-floor unit is now available to rent for $35,000 a month, and the listing comes with the first interior photos we’ve seen of the building.
The three-bedroom apartment has direct keyed elevator entry, rift-cut Siberian oak floors and a kitchen with African Anigre cabinetry, polished quartzite countertops with anti-microbial coating and an island with a window box herbarium and enclosed juicing station. Also, appliances by Viking, Miele, Bosch and Sub-Zero. The master suite features a walk-in closet, master bath with Jacuzzi Fuzion whirlpool, double-basin vanities, separate walk-in steam shower, Toto toilet with remote controlled bidet (we’re trying to not think about a use case) and honed limestone floor with radiant heat.
Amenities include a 24-hour doorman, private storage available for purchase and Donna Karan’s Urban Zen wellness concierge. The development is pursuing LEED Silver Certification.
