Ian Bruce Eichner’s The Continuum Company has released more details on its Flatiron condo project at 45 East 22nd Street.

Located between Broadway and Park Avenue South, the 64-story building will have 83 units ranging from one-bedrooms to four-bedrooms. Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates designed the sumptuously cantilevered development, which will rise 777 feet, with 360-degree views of the Manhattan skyline.

Sales will launch in Fall 2014, with occupancy scheduled for Fall 2016.
