Demolition permits were filed yesterday for the 20-foot-tall, two-story building between Richardson and Herbert streets, near the Greenpoint border.
The 2,292-square-foot property traded in February for $1.162 million to 88 North Henry Realty LLC. No new building permits have been filed yet.
Located on a tree-dotted block, the building is currently configured as a duplex apartment with garden access and a second-floor one-bedroom with eat-in kitchen, decorative fireplace, skylight and windowed bathrooms, according to a Douglas Elliman listing.
