the clairington condos rendering

Earlier this month, Castleridge Homes unveiled their second luxury tower for The Clairington in Brampton, as crowds of interested purchasers packed into the sales centre to select their suite of choice.

Following such a successful sales event, it’s clear that Tower 2 is just as sought-after a building as the first tower, for which units instantly began flying off the shelves. The newest luxury tower will contain 126 suites with 10 distinct floorplans to choose from.

The 12-storey building is the perfect match for purchasers seeking an upscale condo lifestyle in a setting that overlooks hundreds of acres of greenery. The development backs onto the 848-acre Claireville Conservation Area, which consists of bike and hiking trails, golf courses and even a ranch that provides horseback riding lessons.

And since Ontarians can never depend on the weather, The Clairington will house a number of amenities to make residents’ lives more convenient. Spend time lounging in the party room or break a sweat in the exercise facility and yoga studio. There will also be a games area, lounge and guest suite.

Aside from the standard features and finishes that will make up each suite (read: nine-foot ceilings, gourmet kitchens and balconies with scenic views of the conservation area) Castleridge Homes also sees big benefits in going green. Both towers will use geothermal technology to save on utilities, and every suite will boast energy-saving features, from low-e argon windows to low-flow toilets, faucets and showerheads.

Located at Goreway Drive and Yorkland Boulevard in Brampton, residents will also have access to a number of prime shopping destinations, parkland and transportation routes.

Available units start from $229,900 and suites range in size from 585 to 1,060 square feet.
