The modular building’s 28 rental apartments were put together in Pennsylvania and then stacked into seven stories over 19 days, as per the time-lapse video by architect GLUCK+. Studios are priced from $1,755 per month, one-bedrooms from $2,400, two-bedrooms from $2,850 and three-bedrooms from $3,990, according to the official site.
Interiors have large windows, colored concrete floors, maple kitchen cabinetry, stainless steel Energy Star appliances, mosaic-tiled bathrooms with built-in vanities and individual climate control. Many residences get private outdoor space, and have washers and dryers in select units.
Amenities include a virtual doorman, video intercom, shared laundry room and a landscaped courtyard with seating. Private storage and bicycle storage are also available.
