At the end of April, Rosehaven Homes celebrated the groundbreaking of its premiere condo, The Randall Residences, with plenty of big names in attendance.

The elegant affair brought out the Mayor of Oakville, Rob Burton, and the stellar team behind the boutique build including the architect Richard Wengle and the interior designer Ferris Rafauli. Mark McEwan Group supplied the hors d’oeuvres for the well-attended private reception while Vineland Estates Winery provided the wine.

The construction kick-off for the condo was just as ritzy as we expected for an exclusive project with just 36 suites. Here are a few of pictures of the event:
