The Mercer view

As the construction team at The Mercer makes steady headway, residents can begin to appreciate the glorious views spotted from the high-rise development’s 22nd floor.

Situated on a quiet street just south of King Street, where city activity quickly becomes soft background noise, you wouldn’t know the new condo building is nestled in the heart of the Entertainment District.

We paid a visit to the site last week to check out its progress. Take a peek for yourself below:

Head up to the second floor to access the indoor amenity space, Club Mercer. The space will house a party room (above), screening room, Scandinavian-inspired sauna and gym (below).

The high-end exercise space will feature state-of-the-art fitness equipment, and even a hot tub.
