The new four-story development will have 32 residences and 18 private terraces, along with a “secret garden” and parking. GLUCK+ is the architect of record. The apartments will range from two-bedroom to four-bedroom units, according to the teaser site.
Sterling Equities purchased the site, which was home to the Regency Carts building, in May 2013 for $12.5 million. The developer filed demolition permits in October 2013 for the existing white two-story structure, as we reported last year.
The project is next door to warehouse conversion 335 Carroll Street, which recently put up a new teaser site in anticipation of its spring launch.
