The ODA Architecture-designed warehouse conversion will have 74 condominiums, including six penthouses. The residences will range in size from two-bedroom to four-bedroom apartments. Amenities include a 24-hour concierge, children’s playroom, gym, rooftop fireplace and sun deck. As a nod to the neighborhood’s industrial heritage, steel tracks will be set into the polished concrete of the lobby.
“We understand the unique value of Dumbo living for families and we are pleased to unveil this unique residential product with a limited release this year,” Dvir Cohen Hoshen, a principal of Adam America, said in a statement.
