The building was designed by Bingham & Hill Architects and features cascading rooftops and strong vertical lines which give the illusion of multiple facades. The brick work allows the structure to blend in with its historic surroundings while advancing the neighbourhood’s architectural evolution.
At ground level, Framework’s neighbouring laneways are transformed into welcoming public spaces for residents, while up above, each home includes a balcony or terrace offering scenic views of the city and mountains.
We also have new images of the homes’ interiors, which will boast stainless steel appliances, a full-size gas range, polished quartz countertops, under cabinet pot lighting, laminate or custom concrete floors, large closets with built-in organizers, spa-inspired bathrooms, spacious pantry, plenty of storage space and much more.
Framework homes are now selling. Learn and see more by paying a visit to the presentation centre, located at 626 Main Street in Vancouver. The facility is open from noon to 5pm daily (except Fridays).
