yoo_montreal Need any more proof that Griffintown is a truly neighbourhood on the rise?

The very first Quebec project designed by world-renowned French designer Philippe Starck will be located in Griffintown, a booming Montreal neighbourhood, at 1165 Ottawa Street, strolling distance from the Lachine Canal and the neighbourhood’s cafes, eateries and galleries.

YOO Montreal will be made up of 90 suites, the result of a partnership between  CHAPMAN and YOO. We don’t know too much about the exclusive project just yet. All we do know is that you need to register now to ensure you’ll be the first to have the information when the project launches in June.

YOO Studio was co-founded in 1999 by international property entrepreneur John Hitchcox, and the designer Philippe Starck. Together, they’ve created some of the most imaginative and buzz-worthy projects in the world. Their list of creative directors reads like a who’s who of the design world: aside from Starck, there’s Marcel Wanders, Jade Jagger, Kelly Hoppen and Steve Leung.

Together, they’ve created 60 memorable spaces in 27 countries around the globe. Their work has made a splash throughout Asia, Africa, Australia, Europe, North and South America and the Middle East.

We can’t wait to see what the condo will look like! To stay in the know, be sure to register.
