Penthouse 1, asking $2.1 million, is a 1,589-square-foot three-bedroom with direct elevator access, windowed master bath and a north-facing 404-square-foot terrace extending from the dining area.
Penthouse 2, asking $2.2 million, is a 1,687-square-foot three-bedroom with a south-facing 470-square-foot terrace up the stairs from the open living space.

The Corcoran Group is marketing the development, which is scheduled for completion by the end of 2014.
