Located on the Lachine Canal, Myst Condos is a project with vision. Bringing together the best elements of urban living with the amenities of a waterfront resort, the MELKILIVING undertaking is an exercise in balance.

And how do you build a condo that marries functionality with style? You assemble a crack team of builders, designers and architects.

Let’s start with the outside. Rising six stories from Rue Saint Patrick, Myst Condos will be a fully contemporary building. Atelier Chaloub + Beaulieu’s imaginative design for the project plays up the canal views. Two buildings will be brought together by a suspended bridge, offering residents a lookout point to admire the city and waterfront below.

Based in Montreal, Atelier Chaloub + Beaulieu is known for their workmanship and come with two decades of experience creating modern and memorable spaces.

Another design firm with an incredible pedigree has also signed on to work on the project. Andrés Escobar & Associates has been around for more than twenty years, creating elegant spaces around the world.  The suites will feature over-sized windows, open-concept floorplans and clean lines, the embodiment of contemporary living.

Residents will rest easy knowing that the condo team features Nicolet, Chartrand, Knoll (NCK), a civil engineering firm famous for their work on complex and original structures. They’ve worked on landmarks such as the CN Tower in Toronto, the Louvre Pyramid in Paris and the National Archives of Canada in Ottawa.

Last but certainly not least, MELKILIVING has had a long history in the ‘biz, and has worked on renovating, remodelling and reinventing private and commercial real estate in the Montreal area since 1986.

It’s clear this is the creme-de-la creme of the design and building industry. Currently under construction, we can’t wait to see the Lachine project take shape.

Suites range in size from 648 to 1,729 square feet and start from $249,000.
