While most Torontonians would head to Roncesvalles Village on any given day of the week (think trendy boutiques and authentic bakeries) there’s even more reason to visit the sought-after neighbourhood this weekend.
Triumph Developments’ sparkly new sales centre for Howard Park 2 will open to the public this Saturday, May 10th from 12pm to 5pm where local residents can drop in to celebrate the second phase of the boutique residential development. It’s located at 60 Howard Park Avenue at Roncesvalles.
And since a celebration isn’t complete without plenty of treats and entertainment, a DJ will be on site mixing tunes, and there will be face painting for the kids. Attendees can also sample fare from Barque Smokehouse, a popular eatery in the neighbourhood, before visiting the Tiny Tom Donuts food truck.
Once complete, the condo and townhouse community will feature two distinct eight-storey buildings. Howard Park will also become one of Toronto’s greenest developments thanks to its geothermal system, which relies on the earth’s temperature to heat and cool the building naturally. Other sustainable features include green roofs, low-water landscaping and energy-efficient appliances.
Prices start at $332,900 and suites range in size from 609 to 1,066 square feet.
