the upper house rendering

With bright and sunny skies ahead, it’s safe to assume Torontonians will be spending every waking minute outdoors this weekend. To help you accomplish just that, Knightstone Capital Management is inviting the public to its grand opening event for The Upper House, a luxury townhome and condo community nestled in Toronto’s Leaside neighbourhood.

The celebrations will take place on Saturday, May 31st at the project’s presentation centre, located at 25 Malcolm Road in Toronto. Head there at 12pm sharp to take part in a community barbecue while basking in the sunshine. Attendees can also get their hands on the best selection of suites, which are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Once complete, the community will contain a seven-storey condo made up of 74 suites, along with seven two-storey townhomes. The condo building will also feature a host of luxury amenities, including a fitness studio, residents lounge with a catering kitchen, rooftop terrace and dog spa.

While you’re there, be sure to ask a sales rep about the wide-range of layouts available, including a one-bedroom plus study and a three-bedroom plus den. Each suite will also be equipped with luxury features like quartz countertops, LED cabinet lighting and frameless glass showers.

The residential project is currently in pre-construction and will be located at Laird Drive and Millwood Road. Tentative occupancy is slated for 2016.

Prices for available suites start from the mid $300,000s.
