chaz yorkville For some developers, the experience of the residents living in their projects means everything. And with Chaz. Yorkville in downtown Toronto, 45 Charles Ltd. along with project manager Edenshaw Homes have crafted an experience for residents that is difficult to beat.

One just needs to browse the renderings and gaze at the 36th and 37th floor Chaz Club and the gorgeous lobby to understand that this project is undoubtedly design-driven.

The attention to design has definitely paid off. Chaz. Yorkville been a sales success and is clearly resonating with the demographic that holds good design in high esteem.

For Bo Zou, the project’s modern minimalist architecture courtesy of Page + Steele/IBI Group and the interiors by Cecconi Simone captured his imagination.

Zou is the owner of Toronto-based marketing and design consultancy Boz UX, a firm that works to provide clients with the best experiences for their users.

“As someone who strategizes for everyday users, I am design oriented and wanted a building design that spoke to me,” he said.

“This condominium is more than a concrete structure,” Bo Zou says. “It’s a living, breathing entity that embraces people as soon as they walk in.”

That’s high praise coming from someone who obviously knows a thing or two about the importance of great design.

Once complete, the project will house a total of 511 units, from studios to spacious two-bedroom plus dens. Suites will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, custom-designed kitchen cabinetry and modern glass shelves.
