Cassa Hotel and Residences in Hell’s Kitchen has kicked off leasing.
The 12-story rental and hotel project offers 108 residences, ranging from studio to three-bedroom apartments. Located at 515 Ninth Avenue, the building was developed by The Chetrit Group and Assa Properties. Goldstein Hill & West Architects designed the development, with interiors by Raad.
The Cassa Hotel will occupy the first through fourth floors, with the rentals on the fifth to twelfth levels. Residents will have a private 24-hour attended lobby.
The rental apartments will have rift cut white oak floors, in-unit washer/dryer and kitchens with whitewashed oak cabinetry, Calacatta backsplash, Caesarstone countertops, Bertazzoni range ovens and stainless steel appliances. Bathrooms are accessorized with porcelain floors and shower walls, white Caesarstone vanity tops and soaking tubs. Select homes will have private terraces.
The apartments are available for immediate occupancy. Studios are priced from $3,200, one-bedrooms from $4,450, two-bedrooms from $6,400 and three-bedrooms from $10,150.
Amenities include a rooftop sundeck with lawn and spa tub. Residents will have access to the hotel’s lounge, gym and private storage. “A la carte” hotel concierge services, including in-room massages, dry cleaning, housekeeping and child care, are also available at an additional fee.
