The Chetrit Group has tapped The Marketing Directors for its residential conversion of 51 Chambers Street in Downtown Manhattan.

The 14-story Beaux Arts building will come to market in Fall 2014, offering a mix of one- to four-bedroom condos.

The site was formerly home to the Emigrant Industrial Savings Bank; last year, the city announced its plans to sell the landmarked property to the Chetrit Group for $89 million, DNAinfo reported. At the time of the sale, about 30 percent of the office building was empty or used as storage.
