Dubbed The Highbridge, the 39-unit, eight-story condo project was designed by Daniel Goldner. Pricing for available units ranges from $499,000 for a studio to $645,000 for a two-bedroom, according to the official site.

Interiors feature floor-to-ceiling windows, white oak floors and open kitchens with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and Italian tile backsplashes. Every unit comes with 30 square feet of private storage in the basement.

Amenities include a virtual doorman, laundry room, bike storage and common roof garden. The lobby has terrazzo flooring with stainless steel and spandrel glass paneled walls.

Occupancy is slated for Summer 2015. Klara Madlin Real Estate is marketing the property.
