Downtown Brooklyn’s 388 Bridge Street is 50 percent leased.
The 53-story tower, designed by SLCE, is currently the borough’s tallest residential development. The Stahl Organization developed the 590-foot-tall building, which has 378 units total — 234 rental apartments and 144 condos. Leasing started in December.
Located on the 7th through 31st floors, the rental units have floor-to-ceiling window, solar shades, nine-foot ceilings, three-inch gray wash white oak floors and in-unit Bosch washer/dryer. The kitchens feature GE stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops.
All residents at 388 Bridge have access to almost 8,000 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor amenity space, including a lounge and party room with kitchen pantry, children’s playroom, media/screening room and fitness center. The fifth floor outdoor terrace touts a barbecue grilling area, children’s playground and ipe-wood deck; the shared rooftop terrace has views of New York Harbor and the Statue of Liberty. The development also offers a doorman, 24-hour concierge, bike storage, pet spa, laundry room and 24/7 attended parking garage.
