We’re checking in on Williamsburg’s 291 Metropolitan, a five-story, 27-unit rising on the site of a former parking garage.
The 70-foot-tall building will have 19,196 square feet of residential space, with a 95-square-foot sliver of retail in the cellar, according to permits filed in 2012 and issued last month. Designed by Meshberg Group, the project includes parking, bicycle storage and a roof deck. The developer is All Year Management, which acquired the property for $4 million in 2012, according to public records.
